The pool is surrounded by mature landscaping to ensure added privacy with a bathroom steps from the pool. Access to a grill and pool/spa heat at an additional cost.

This large 2 story, 6 bedroom private home is located in Solterra Resort, a vacation home resort with a guarded gate, clubhouse, water slide and lazy river.
Swimming Pool
You will have access to not only the clubhouse pool but a private pool and spa (heated for an additional fee- send inquiry for pricing). This pool does have a pool fence installed for safety.
*Please Note* When pool/spa heat is requested by the guest on a reservation, the heater is turned on 24 hours prior to the guest check in date and runs for approximately 8 hours per day. Pool heaters operate on a timer that are set to come on in the morning and shut off in the evening. The pool temperature when heating is on ranges between 74 and 84 degrees depending on the outdoor weather. During cooler months the purchase of pool/spa heat can only be guaranteed to reach 10 degrees warmer than the coolest daily ambient temperature . Please provide 48 hours notice for pool/spa heat services you wish you have during your stay

Given that it can be humid we do not stock spices as they tend to be unfavorable after being stored for lengths of time. The HOA allows for only 5 vehicles per home.
