This beautiful house was only built in 2019 and has been thoughtfully designed with modern touches and open plan spaces throughout the home.
The house benefits from 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and is beautifully furnished with high quality furniture throughout.
Outside there is a fabulous pool area, which really has the wow factor, and is perfect for relaxing.
The house is on two floors, and briefly comprises of: open plan sitting, dining and kitchen area, games room, 5 bedrooms, upstairs den area, and 4 bathrooms.
The ground floor is a very modern open plan design.
The entrance area flows into the main sitting area which has a large Smart TV and comfortable sofas, which also leads directly onto the outside pool deck, which has a large designer pool and spa, covered lanai with a large table and chairs. The pool area is very impressive, the pool itself is large and very well designed, and the deck allows all the space you need and more for the family to spend some time relaxing and enjoying the sunshine.
The living area also leads into a fabulous large kitchen area with an oversized island which also serves as a breakfast bar area and informal dining. The large kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for your vacation and includes a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, full oven and microwave, and also benefits from granite worktops.
There is also a dining area with a large table for any larger family meals you have planned.
Just off the kitchen there is also a large pantry, and the garage has been converted into a games room which includes a pool table, air hockey, and a foosball table.
