Electric included with a $125.00 cap, tenant is responsible for overage.! 3 Month Minimum lease with a $100 application fee to the association and a $60 application fee to RoseBay. The refundable policy is as follows:
1. 100% refund less the service fee if you cancel 30 days prior to move-in.

3. Not refundable if you are within 30 days from arrival or if you signed the leased with the Agent (whichever comes first).
