The first living room is at the front of the house and is more of a sitting room. It has a leather sofa and is away from the noise of everything else in the house. It’s the perfect place to sit down with one or two others and have a nice conversation. The second living room, the main living room, is at the back of the house, and it has a comfortable sofa, recliner, and a good-sized flat screen TV—perfect for watching your favorite movies on. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and it comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, plates, and small kitchen appliance/kitchen gadgets that you would need to put together tasty home-cooked meals. There are two dining area: a breakfast nook in the kitchen and a formal dining area. The pool area is screened-in to keep those pesky Florida bugs out, and the pool is sparkling and inviting. It’s the perfect place to cool off in after a long day out in the Florida heat. For those who want to work on their tan, there are a number of sunbeds dotted around the pool area.
