Bedroom configuration:
Each Villa has an owner suite with a king bed and an en-suite spa like bathroom with a tub and walk in shower.
Each villa has an additional guest room with a queen bed, next to a spacious bathroom with two sink vanity and walk in shower.
Each villa has another guest room with two twin beds.
Villa 2 has an additional ADU bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a separate entrance.
Total: 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, sleeping up to 14 guests comfortably.
OPTIONAL EXTRAS:
We offer some optional extras for you to choose from, and inform you of the associated fees as follows:
POOL HEATING:
Fee $150per day per pool, if you choose to heat one or both pools pools on any day during your stay (you don't need to heat the pool during your entire stay).
SPA HEATING:
Fee $75 per day (from 6 - 10 pm) on the dates and time you choose to enjoy the spa.
EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT:
Fee $150 per option / per villa. Early check in allow access from 8 am on your arrival date. Late check out allows you to stay until 6 pm on the departure day. The regular check in time is from 4 pm, check out time is by 11 am. You can choose to book these options for one or both villas. The option is subject to availability as we have to block the adjacent travel dates for you. We suggest booking this early as availability is limited.
PET FEES:
Fee $200 per pet / per stay. We allow your furry family members to join you, and we would appreciate if you could kindly use poop bags and remove any pet remnants from the property (such as backyard / front yard, etc.).
EXTRA GUEST FEE:
Fee $50 / night / guest from 8 guests. While the property allows up to 12 guests, we do charge an extra guest fee for any guests after 8 guests are booked.
FEES AND RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AND ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE.
NOTEL Property is close to Palm Springs airport (15 minutes) and airplane noise can be noticed at times.

Areas around the pool and spa are slippery, and we ask that you are careful coming out of the pol and spa. Jumping from the side lines into the pool is dangerous, and we suggest you avoid that. Children should never be outside around the pools pool and spas without adult supervision as the pools and spas are not fenced.
