Beautiful Victorian family home just steps from Lake Erie featuring six bedrooms and three bathrooms, and central AC. This magnificent home features gingerbread and scroll, 1880's mantle, large living room, dining room, washer/dryer, television, and fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the summer breeze on an extra-large screened front porch, with picnics on the side yard. The first-floor bedroom has one queen bed, full bath, and washer/dryer utility room provides easy access. Five second-floor bedrooms with one queen (new bed for 2020 season), three doubles, and two twin beds, and two full bathrooms with skylights, and ceiling fans throughout the home. Downstairs, a full bath features a stall shower. Upstairs the master bath features a stall shower, and a second bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Central air keeps it cool on the warmest days. One upstairs balcony on the front of the house, screened front porch, and a back porch are all perfect for gatherings. Maximum Occupancy is 12. No pets allowed.
