The space
This 1920’s 🏠 has a spacious, inviting living room flowing into the dining room. Original pine wood floors, with all of its original character & charm (the floors even creak!). The kitchen has a bar area for eating and entertaining. The design is historical sanford charm with some updated touches, easy, clean and open. All efforts have been made to preserve the homes original state. The bathrooms are stocked with tub or shower options. Each room provides brand new memory mattresses.
Upstairs: Contains 3 rooms and one bath. Vaulted/Angled ceilings in all rooms, giving you that historic Victorian vibe! Original pine wood floors, don’t mind the creaks and squeaks, it’s just this 1920’s home welcoming you!
Master bedroom 🛏 : 1st floor Queen size bed with wall mounted 55" roku TV Sleeps 2 and adjacent bathroom ensuite. Shower/tub combo 🚿.
Bedroom 2 🛏 : Upstairs Queen size bed. 42" Roku TV, couch and access to a workstation perfect for remote workers.
The Quad 🛏🛏 : Twin ➕️ Full size mattress combo bunk bed. Sleeps 5.
Guest Bath 🛁 : Located off the main dining/kitchen area equipped with shower. All bathrooms come fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Patios & Backyard: front patio offers seating and fan. Original back patio with weathered wood decking 💡 requires ability to walk up and down stairs, not recommended for anyone that has trouble with stairs (children need supervision).
Back patio overlooks large partially fenced in yard with natural Florida landscaping (fence is not fully enclosed). Patio equipped with BBQ and yard has fire pit. Deck chairs may be used in lawn at fire pit, for your convenience.
Parking: 🚗 not allowed in backyard or on front lawn. Please use street parking only.
