The formal dining area has a delightful carved, glass topped table and chairs – perfect for entertaining. The main living area to the rear of the house is a smart open plan arrangement. The spacious family room has large sofas and an arm chair with foot rest to relax on after a long day and watch the large flat screen TV. The well equipped kitchen has all the appliances that you could need for any meal occasion. The breakfast area with its solid wood table and chairs looks out through the sliding doors on to the pool deck. Upstairs double doors open to reveal the enormous master bedroom. The perfect haven away from the family with its king size bed and elegant furnishings. It comes with its own private bathroom with bath and a separate walk in shower. Additionally the great villa has a New York themed queen bedroom with its own bathroom. There is a further queen and two twin rooms to complete this excellent home. If this is not enough there is a further bonus room which is a perfect quiet space which can be used for either relaxation or play. All bedrooms have their own TVs. Outside the pool with its sparkling spa is the perfect place to relax (pool heat is available - please inquire).
