💡Things to Note
•Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip, including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.
•Maximum of 4 vehicles allowed: 2 parking spaces on the driveway, plus additional street parking available (first come, first served). Please note that parking on the grass is strictly prohibited.
• Please kindly provide your own equipment for use of the sports facilities.
•Pool/Spa Heat is available for $40 dollars per night and must be turned on for the duration of the stay. Heating will typically run on a timer from morning to evening each day. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the water may not heat all the way to the desired temperature. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to add this to your reservation.
•Please kindly note that Pool/Spa Heat is Not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects.
•Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.
•There is no usable BBQ grill on property, however, a BBQ grill with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a third party company for an additional charge. If you may be interested, please let us know and we will provide you more information for setup.
•We have pots and pans in the kitchen. Please bring condiments.
•Must be at least 25 years old to book.
•Quiet Hours: 11 PM to 8 AM
•Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home including the patio and screened-in lanai area.
•Gatherings with your group are great, but parties and events are not allowed.
•Pets are not permitted in the home.

•Please kindly note that, as part of the resort’s policy, commercial vehicles with business logos, trailers, RVs, or boats are not permitted to park inside the resort.
•As per resort policy, deliveries are permitted between 7 AM and 7 PM. Please note that USPS packages are not delivered inside the resort. However, Amazon and UPS may leave packages at your doorstep depending on the delivery method. We recommend confirming details directly with your carrier.
