This private community is very quiet, yet close to everything. Enjoy walking through the tree-lined streets and sidewalks throughout the community. Imagine waking up and having your coffee and breakfast on the screened lanai overlooking the swimming pool.
The master bedroom & large secondary master bedroom both have queen sized beds and ceiling fans. They are refined, calm, and comfortable - designed to be ideal places for the "adults" in your group to relax and unwind!
The Master Bedroom has an attached en-suite Bathroom with direct access to the pool deck. The 2nd bathroom is shared by the large secondary master bedroom (with a queen size bed) and the two kids bedrooms (each of which has its own fun theme and two single beds). All 4 bedrooms have flat screen TV's.
The large open-plan living room has sliding doors with views/access to the pool! For your comfort, it has a leather sofa and two recliners and a flat screen TV .
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for a quick snack or for a family meal - stainless steel fridge/freezer with water/ice dispenser, Keurig, microwave, oven/hob. A dining table just off the kitchen seats 6 and overlooks the pool. All dinner wear, cooking items, etc are provided.
The pool is the perfect location to grab some sun, or cool off after a busy day, the pool is sure to please everyone in your family. The corner location means more sunshine and plenty of breezes to make for a perfect poolside day.
For your entertainment, there is a pool table, foosball table, and air hockey table located in the garage, along with the washing machine and dryer.
Free Secure WiFi is of course available 24x7.
The private driveway provides parking for 2 cars.

*Electric pool heat is an optional amenity that is an additional cost to the reservation and can be added to a reservation for a daily rate that varies per home. When pool heat is requested and purchased by you, the pool heater is turned on 1-24 hours prior to your check in date, and runs for approximately 8-12 hours per day. Pool heaters operate on a timer that are set to come on in the morning and go off in the evening. 3 day minimum. Cost: 3 days $116 plus tax, 4 days $140 plus tax, 5 days $164 plus tax, 6 days $188 plus tax 7 days $212 plus tax. 8+ days $30/per day plus tax.
