Vacationville is happy to be able to offer this Birch Bay cabin in the perfect location. If you are traveling as a family, friends weekend or business we know this property will be perfect for you. Located behind the ever popular C Shop you will find yourself close to so much of what Birch Bay has to offer. Candy, ice cream, homemade baked goods at the Shop. around the corner from there are bike rentals and the Chamber with lots of local information. About a block away is your closest public beach access. Launch the kayaks or paddle board left for your use ( use at your own risk and bring your own life jackets), or enjoy a sunset or build a beach fire. About a mile easy walk you will find restaurants and brew pubs to try. You are also close to Birch Bay State Park with boat launch and hiking trails. As if that is not enough let me tell you about the cabin. When you enter through the gate you have both a covered and uncovered sitting area. This is a nice spot for kids to play outside as it is fenced in. Upon entering the cabin you will find a smaller but well equipped kitchen. Dishes, silverware, pots/pans, glassware, outdoor plastic table ware, serving items and much more. The dining area is perfect for a sit down meal or game night with family and friends. The living space is cozy and comfy providing cable TV and a gas fireplace. The main bathroom is off of the living space with tub/shower combo. The 1st bedroom has a Q size bed and nice closet space. The second bedroom is perfect for kids or teens with two sets of bunkbeds. There are also books and games available. The 3rd bedroom is the larger master bedroom with a Queen size bed and a nice spacious bathroom with shower. the washer and dryer are also in this space but it does not make it crowded. This room also has a private entry through the garage. Outside you will find a garage which is able to park 2 cars tandem as well as gravel area for two more. There is an outdoor fire pit in case you prefer roast hotdogs or marshmallows at home. The back yard has a Propane BBQ and there is an extra fridge which comes in handy for large groups. You also have a small sitting area and you will find kayaks and paddle board along the fence. Complimentary WIFI is also a nice amenity to have.
