Huge Covered Dock (36' X 26'), Great fishing right off the dock. Cook's kitchen with lake view. Granite counter tops. Leather furniture in living room. King size bed in master bedroom with large on suite bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen size bed. Third bedroom/den (walk thru) has a queensize hide-a-bed couch with a computer desk and chair. Library room with wide selection of books, dvd collection and exercise bike. Large patio for outdoor enjoyment with table and chairs , plus a 10 X 30 screened lanai. Close to bike trail and historic downtown Inverness. Near shopping and dining. Paddle King 13 ft pontoon boat with fishing rod holder (pedal powered) and Brooklyn 12 ft 8 in 2 person kayak provided for our guests use. Also included are 2 - 21 speed bikes to enjoy the nearby bike trail.
