Entire home in Sebastian! Enjoy the laid-back, family friendly vibe of Sebastian Florida, known for great fishing and surfing! Located in Sebastian Highlands, a quiet residential neighborhood, this cheerful sunny home has tons of natural light and a spacious open feel. You can enjoy the covered rear patio with dining/lounge area and private pool. About 1.5 miles to Riverview Park, waterfront restaurants, and a short drive to the beaches!
The home is fully furnished and is stocked with extra linens and towels. I also provide some beach towels and chairs, and some beach toys. The kitchen has cookware, utensils, plates, glassware, and some basic spices. I also provide a starter pack of paper products, coffee and tea, and a small bottle of shampoo and conditioner for each bathroom. You should have everything you need for a day or two until you are able to make it to the store. Propane tanks for the grill are provided but not guaranteed to be filled.
The home has wi-fi and there is a TV in the living room, master bedroom, and out back on the patio. All TVs have Firesticks for streaming.
There is also a washer and dryer available in the garage for your use.
