This beautiful renovated 1925 retreat style home, with a large beautiful pool, and a summer kitchen, it is a perfect spot to enjoy the Florida weather with family and friends! This place is great for entertainment Ideal for families and groups of 6-8 but can accommodate up to 10 guests.
The space
We've made sure that you have a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern amenities, including a washer and dryer. We provide high-quality bed sheets, pillows, and linen. Every small detail has delicately been chosen to provide you with an inviting warmth in this generous gathering space.

-ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 10 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 10 PM. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS.
Guests have access to the entire house and back yard. The pool is not shared however, the back yard entrance is shared as there is a Year around occupied studio apartment on the property. The entrance to the studio is on the side of the house and not visible from the main house. You will notice a car parked on the empty lot located on the side of the house.

Please keep in mind that the pool is NOT screened in and is not heated. The pool cleaning service is performed every Friday. Since the pool is not enclosed, it is not uncommon for leaves to fall in sometimes, especially if there are any afternoon storms. We have provided a pool skimmer for you in case there are any leaves that fall into the pool between cleanings.
The outdoor pool bathroom is currently under renovation; however, the renovation is contained to the inside of the bathroom, so the entire pool area is exactly as you see it in the pictures. guests are welcome to use the other amenities in the pool area such as summer kitchen, pool, outdoor gas grill, and outdoor furniture.
