Welcome to the Cabana Club, located just minutes by foot or car, to all the wonderful activities Birch Bay has to offer. This two-bedroom two bath condo with loft, includes a queen size bed in one bedroom, a king size in the second bedroom, and a full size sofa sleeper in the living room and loft. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glassware, pots/pans, silverware and cooking utensils. Full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave and oven/stove. This means you can prepare a light snack or a full meal. The main floor living area has a flat screen TV, DVD player and a sofa that pulls out into a full size sleeper. Open the downstairs sliding glass door and step out onto the deck with a propane BBQ available for your use. You also have a view of the clubhouse, pool and the creek that leads to the ocean. Upstairs you have a second living area with another sofa sleeper, TV, bathroom with a shower and another deck that over looks the water. A perfect place to see one of Birch Bays amazing sunsets. Steps away from the Cabana Club clubhouse, you will find an indoor hot tub, (available year round), a Ping-Pong table, games, books, coin operated laundry and a small kitchen. During warmer weather, an outdoor pool is available (open from May 15-Oct. 1) the remaining grounds between the creek side and the buildings included horseshoe pits, volleyball area, picnic tables, fire pit and room for the kids to play.
