Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: All the pools and hot tubs. Tradewinds restaurant and drinks were good. Friendly staff and quiet atmosphere. Within 30minutes to International Drive and Disney. Hard Rock Casino Tampa 1hr away. Publix supermarket and Dollar Tree 5-7mins away by car. Walmart about 9mins from property.

Negative: Orlando Airbnb Unit Specific 514 1-side of refrigerator near cabinet is filthy 2-tub needs to be refinished and doesn’t drain well unless plunged 3-clothes iron bottom plate had to be scrubbed so it didn’t damage clothes 4-master bedroom fan can not go on high without making noise and looks unstable 5- chair broken on balcony on living room side 6-$30/hr early check-in time is ridiculous. Note: you could tell room was cleaned for a while. No scent of a freshly cleaned room and plugins are empty. 7-Owner’s unit on 3rd floor. Lots of steps(36) and no elevator. Not good if lots of luggage. 8-ironing board has no cushion so when you iron the grid pattern goes onto clothes. 9-Be sure to buy toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. Not provided!! Any left over take with you or leave it for next guests. 10-only the 2 left burners are operational on electric stove 11-bathroom ceiling leaks during rain storm on 9/5@2:20pm (sent video to owner) 12-master bathroom inside cabinet sink is dusty 13- need a luggage stand to get suitcase off floor 14-TV sound in living room is horrible

Summary: Overall, would stay again in a different unit on lower level.
