Our place is perfect for your getaway vacation, where you can chill at the pool while enjoying a beautiful garden view, spend a great time with your friends and family, and create unforgettable memories.

Our warm and inviting home has two spacious living areas, one space to relax right when you enter the house, and another family space equipped with a 65" SMART television for all your entertainment needs. The spacious living room features tile flooring, recessed lighting, ceiling fans. After a long day at the park, kick back, enjoy some popcorn, and watch a movie or your favorite Tv show.
Kitchen and dining
The dining area can seat up to 6 guests and 2 additional seating along the kitchen bar. Everything you need for preparing meals for family and friends is included in your kitchen. If you enjoy cooking, you'd love the fully-equipped kitchen with all new appliances.
Bedrooms
There are 4 bedrooms - The master bedroom has a king size bed, ample closet space, dressers, and private full ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub. The first queen bedroom suite includes dressers, the home features an additional queen bedroom, and a fourth bedroom with two single beds. If you like to spend time outdoors, the backyard is where you can relax and chill in the pool, while enjoying the lush green view.
Outside space
Enjoy the relaxation of your own private, screened-in pool with a spacious pool deck. Enjoy the afternoon sunshine after a busy day at the parks, scenic visits or shopping. The covered Lanai allows for outdoor meals by the pool. Your west-facing private swimming pool has a shaded lanai that is especially nice on hot days, and includes comfortable pool deck furniture.
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in Davenport. You'll be just minutes to all the fun and convenience Orlando has to offer: Disney World and other theme parks, outlet shopping malls, golf clubs, and more!

You love them and are excited to enjoy your time there, but what if unfortunately you lose a house that you just couldn't book in time.
We understand that very well and have organized a system of houses located in the same resort. You can enjoy your time in the house you love, in the same resort you would like to stay, or even rent another house in the same resort for your big group. It’s so amazing.

The propane and gas tank will be self-catering.
- Heated pool: $45/day for the full length of stay if booked in advance/before your stay. Suppose booked during your stay, $50/day (4 days minimum).
You feel the pool water very chilly during cold nights in the morning and possibly early afternoon. Due to the cold weather, you may feel the water colder in the morning or early afternoon. The pool heat won't turn the pool in the hot tub, but it will keep the water warm or usable. The pool water may not reach your desired temperature in cold weather. All the requests need 48-hour advance notice. The pool heat is not refundable.
We are excited to host your upcoming stay at our house. After you had booked we will send you a link to finish the booking and the door code will be sent to you after you finish booking and a day before you arrive. The security deposit will definitely be refunded when you check out if that doesn't cause any damage to the house.
We have a security camera in front of the house. So you mustn't cover the security camera. We have to cancel your stay if you cover the ring camera and we won't refund.
