This beautifully furnished 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home offers everything and more including a private pool and spa, plus sun deck, only minutes from Disney Parks!
The home features a large open-plan living space with several seating areas including a spacious family room 50" projection TV plus an additional cozy formal seating area and a private lounge. The family gathering space opens to a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating and breakfast nook, as well as a formal dining room. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed and full ensuite bathroom plus another private seating area overlooking the pool deck. Bedroom 2 offers a queen sized bed, while bedrooms 3 and 4 feature two twins each with kid themes – Cars and Princesses! There are two additional full baths to share. The home also offers WIFI as well as a laundry room for convenience.
Outside guests will find the amazing, relaxing pool area, with brick pavers, pool furniture, and BBQ grill. The covered lanai provides al fresco dining in the shade. Outside the pool area is an additional sun deck with more loungers. A child safety fence is also provided.
Located in the celebrated Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club, guests have access to tennis and golf opportunities. The community is on US Highway 27, giving quick and easy access to Walt Disney World (15 minutes away) along with all the major attractions, as well as shops, supermarkets, and restaurants.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
Pool Policy: A private pool is available on the property featuring child safety alarms and locks on all pool access entries. Pool heating is offered for an additional fee of $40.00 / per day - minimum of 3 nights. As is standard in the vacation home rental industry, pool heating must be requested in advance and paid for prior to arrival.
Pet Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.
No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00
We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, LoveRentals applies a Limited Property Protection Plan to every reservation for your peace of mind. The fee of $55 covers up to $1,500 in limited accidental damages. Exceptions include but are not limited to acts of God, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage.
