The CONDO is located inside the charming and safe gated community of VENTURA COUNTRY CLUB.
The gated community is not managed by the host. It is managed by HOA (Home Owners Association) without any interference from the host.
Guests are welcome to use the amenities when available. It is complimentary, free of charge. Rules and Regulations apply.
A detailed booklet with HOA rules and regulations is available at the HOA office, in the Club House, during business hours. Guests must follow the HOA rules and regulations when using the amenities. Fines & penalties apply in case of no compliance.

Personal belongings and trash bags should never be left unattended outside or in front of the unit, per rules and regulations. The fine applies per infraction/incident and each recurrence.
TRASH DISPOSAL
All trash bags must be taken to the dumpster near the back of the parking lot.
CHECKOUT PROCESS

Throw away all of the trash in the condominium’s dumpster.
2) DISHES
Wash all of the dirty dishes by hand.
3) TOWELS
Please wash towels.
4) OBJECTS & FURNITURE
Return all objects and all furniture to their original places, if you have moved anything.
5) REMOTE CONTROLS
Locate and place all remote controls on the furniture under their respective TVs.
6) DAMAGED/BROKEN ITEMS
Let us know if towels are missing and/or if anything has been damaged or broken during your stay.
7) DOORS & WINDOWS
Ensure all doors and windows are locked.
8) PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Be careful to take all your belongings with you. There is a minimum charge of $25.00, separate from postage, to retrieve items and send them to you.
9) CHECKOUT MESSAGE
