This beautiful vacation home has a large open floor plan with over 2034 sqft of living area, an open kitchen design with stainless steel appliances. Get the perfect Florida feeling while basking in the sun on loungers and enjoying the heated pool. The private boat dock gives you access to the gulf and is perfect for fishing or kayaking. Or just relax outside in the private beach area while watching TV under a tropical tiki hut. If you prefer inside activities the game room is a perfect retreat. Play billiards or shuffle board with friends and family in the A/C cooled garage.
This gorgeous home can sleep up to 8 people, offering a large king master with en suite bath featuring dual sinks, soaking tub and walk in shower with modern multi head shower panel. This vacation home also has one queen size guest room bed, the second guest room has 2 twin beds, a single murphy bed and twin bed in the study. The kitchen comes fully stocked with plenty of dinnerware, cups, utensils and cookware. Just off the kitchen is a dinette with a gorgeous waterfront view. This luxurious rental also features a spacious family room equipped with flat screen TV, each bedroom has its own TV and Wifi throughout. Two TVs outside, one in pool area and also one at the tiki hut. Home has converted garage to game room so garage is not available for parking.

Check in time is after 4:00 PM and check out time is on or before 11:00 AM. Early check in or check out times may be available, but require prior approval by Agent.
Payment Terms and Conditions: A 30% non-refundable reservation deposit is required and will be applied against the total amount due. The final rental payment is due 45 days prior to Guest arrival and is non-refundable at that point. Should the 45 day deadline fall on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, the final rental payment will be charged on the last business day prior to the 45 day deadline.
All rates are plus 11.5% tax.
