Upon entering the home the open floor plan is inviting with its spacious floor plan allowing you to stretch out and unpack with ease. The dining room and seating area is shared to the left of the entrance and the laundry room, spare bathroom and staircase are to the right. You will also find the game room located in the garage perfect for letting your competitive side come out to play!
The kitchen includes additional seating with bar stools and an addition dining table. With high ceilings and windows surrounding the living room you can enjoy the room while watching sports, chatting or enjoying your favorite show. The downstairs master king suite is on adjacent to the living room. It also features it's own ensuite with a stand-up shower, garden tub and double sinks.
The pool deck is the perfect spot to enjoy your time with lounge chairs, seating, a greenery view and an oversized pool.
Upstairs are the remaining bedrooms and a hallway bathroom. The two twin bedrooms each hosting two twin beds inside are to the right and the queen ensuite is to the left.

In addition, each pool is treated weekly with chlorine and chemicals to kill bacteria and to also keep the PH balances at the proper levels.
