Summary: The first night we were there someone left a paper under the door saying we would have to park at the neighboring hotel due to some construction. There was a dog that barked 2 nights straight on the 3rd night they moved us. I wanted to check out a day early Stephanie the girl that was at the front desk said I would be able to check out early and get the last night refunded. The next morning I went and asked the lady at the front desk about it and she said I wasn’t able to get my money back. So I still checked out and I left the keys in the bowl as requested. I called about 10am to let someone know I had already left and wanted to check out a day early. She acknowledged but didn’t ask what the reason was. Someone from the hotel continued to call my phone multiple times asking if I had a car there and if I did could I move it. The ladies at the front desk were rude and unprofessional they wouldn’t take accountability for what was going on. The room smelled like a wet dog and I felt like we were staying at the dog pound.
