Summary: Was told upon arriving that I couldn’t get two rooms together because the hotel “couldn’t take the risk”. When I asked what that meant I was told that if the rooms were together, it would be likely that we would cause too much noise and cause too much commotion for the other guests. I’m very disappointed because we have stayed in hotels and resorts all over the country and the world and have never been treated as though we were “a risk”. The people in the room next to ours were noisy and disruptive until after 11 pm, the breakfast had only eggs and cereal and no juice or any drink other than coffee and the refrigerator in our room (#212) made a loud buzzing noise all night. We did not sleep well or eat well. Highly disappointed in this hotel.
