This superb vacation home is situated just off Highway 192 at Eagle Pointe. An established sub-division containing a mix of family and vacation homes and is a friendly and inviting community. Being so close to the 192 gives you easy access to popular restaurants, shops and entertainment experiences. The 192 also has direct access to World Drive leading you to the heart of the Magic that is Walt Disney World. There is also easy access to the I4 and International Drive. Being minutes away from the action means you spend less time in the car and more time enjoying and relaxing on your vacation.
Villa Information: When we were looking for a villa in Florida, we wanted it to be in a great location, with a relaxing lake view and a comfortable size for our family. We almost gave up when we came across this property on Eagle Pointe and fell in love with it instantly.
The villa is located only a mile away from the 192 making it great for restaurants and shops, including a large walmart. Better still it is minutes away from all the major attractions and golf courses in the area. We find we spend less time in the car and more time enjoying our vacation.
But we also hope you get to enjoy our home because it is in a fantastic position. With it's south facing pool and deck you will get to enjoy the famous Florida sun no matter what time of the day you choose to use them. As the pool area overlooks a lake you not only get great views but privacy as well without imposing fencing. You will also be surprised by the wildlife visiting the lake through the day.
