You will have the entire property -- both units (upstairs, ground floor, and finished basement), sitting on 1.1 acres on a prime location on Killington Road. This house is perfect for a large family or friends get-together for skiing, downhill mountain biking, Spartan racing, summer hiking leaf-peeping. There is a dedicated work space if you need to work remotely.
AC is provided via window units as needed in the summer.

The property has beautiful undeveloped forest in back and to the side. If the folliage is thin, you can see the ski slopes from the back porch. The Back Country Cafe is directly across the street, and is known as one of the best options for Breakfast (or lunch) in the area. It is also the location of Surefoot Ski Shop, and the only shuttle bus stop on Killington Road with a scheduled pickup time, so you can be sure to catch the bus to the slope if you choose to. Easy walks to The Foundry, Peppino`s, iPie Pizzeria, and many other destinations.
