Summary: The hotel clearly gets a LOT of use due to its close proximity to CVG. It needs updating, it needs a better restaurant and it needs to hire another driver for their shuttle for peak times. We waited an hour from the time we arrived with our luggage to the shuttle platform at 7:30 p.m. at CVG until we finally were able to get on the shuttle back to the hotel to pick up our car. There were a lot of people in line and 4 shuttles came and went (with the same driver) until we could get on. And of course the line cutters were very active and that whole experience was terrible. Next time we will stay somewhere else and/or park at airport fast park.
