The condo is located only one block to Main Street Greenville. There are tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Once you are here you will not need a car unless you plan to leave downtown. There is a great River Falls park just a few blocks away for a nice stroll or you can ride a bike on the Swamp Rabbit Trail (33 miles long). The Peace Center is just one block away as well, which features concerts, Broadway musicals and performances. Fluor Field is about half mile walk if you want to enjoy a minor league baseball game. Many restaurants offer delivery if you want to dine on the balcony instead of going out. There is also instacart available for local grocery delivery. The Farmers market on Saturday morning is an especially fun event to walk around and enjoy (May-Oct).
