Beautiful lakeside retreat at Cedar Creek Lake. Located on a quiet canal in lovely Enchanted Oaks . The large lot provides plenty of space for yard games and the driveway can accommodate parking for RV as well as boat. There is a community boat ramp located 100 yards from the house making for quick and easy access to the water. During the day, enjoy the available boat slip with dock and party deck. There are activities such as a ping pong table, bocce ball set and a corn hole game for some friendly competition. Also there are 2 kayaks available upon request. At night, you can relax by the waterfront fire pit while star gazing and eating s’mores! Home is very nicely updated with everything needed to have a comfortable getaway rain or shine. There are granite counter tops in the fully equipped kitchen as well as a new gas grill on the covered patio over looking canal . There are two family rooms and 3 eating areas . The main room has an open concept kitchen, great room, dining room. The large sectional, TV and wood burning fire place are a wonderful place to enjoy game day or movie night. There are 5 Smart TV’s in all main rooms with the main family room having a DVD player and cable box along with the Smart TV capabilities. First bedroom features king bed with ensuite bath, and desk area if you need to get some work done. Second bedroom is over sized with two bunk beds that are double beds with twins on top. Second bedroom is connected to a full bath with tub. There is enough space in the bedrooms to accommodate a blow up mattress and there is a queen pull out couch bed in the sunroom for extra bed space.
