There is an alarm system in the home, which will be disarmed prior to guest arrival. There are no security cameras in or outside of the home. Guests will be provided access information to the Garden Shed in order to turn on exterior lighting. The shed is used for owner storage for landscaping tools; please be respectful of those and leave as is, where is.

Crestline Gardens is a little neighborhood in Birmingham tucked off major thoroughfares. You can get places quick (15 minutes to downtown, 20 minutes to Barber Motor Speedway) while at the same time having a peaceful little refuge. Crestline Gardens was developed in the 1950's and 1960's. You'll see big Oak, Pine and Pecan trees in all the yard and single-story Ranch houses. When the weather is sunny, many neighbors get out with family, children and dogs to walk the streets or enjoy the Green Space at the end of Redwood St and Rosewood St.
Guests will have access to most all interior and exterior spaces of the home (living spaces, 2BR / 2BA, outdoor gardens and courtyard). There is a third bedroom in the house, but it is not ready for guest stays at this time. Two interior coat closets are used for Owner Storage and Supplies. There is a garden shed where guests can access the backyard lights for outdoor evening enjoyment.

The second bedroom has a Queen Bed, one closet, a TV and a workspace. The hall bath services the second bedroom. Linens, textiles and basic toiletries are provided for guest enjoyment, as well as a washer and dryer for any mid-stay laundry needs. The backyard gardens and courtyard will be your outdoor private oasis! Professionally landscaped with lighting and multiple seating areas, you could spend your entire stay out here!
