We are opening our home to other families seeking to spend time in Orlando in a quiet and comfortable home, most kitchen amenities, a cozy living room area and a huge backyard. 5-minute walk or drive to the Ventura country club's newly remodeled PGA golf course and club house.
Home is located in the secured area of Ventura Country Club. A 10-15 minute drive from the airport, UCF, Orlando hospitals and downtown; very close to I-4, where you can drive to Cocoa Beach, Vero beach to the east, Daytona beach to the north, or Tampa and clearwater on the west.
The house will allow you to enjoy all the amenities of the country club: golf, pickleball/tennis/basketball courts, along with a professional-size pool. At the end of the day, have fun at the 19th hole with food and activities, or you can walk or drive back to the house, which will provide you with all the comforts of home while you are away.
One-story home, with washer/dryer inside, comfortable couches to enjoy TV watching or family games.
Please note that if you are renting the house for an event, there will be an additional 500.00 deposit required. VRBO doesn't have an option to include this deposit, but it will be required before the stay, and returned to you once a walkthrough of the property takes place after the event.
