Less than 2 miles from Canaveral Port and less than 3 miles from Cocoa Beach Pier. You will be in a 5-10 min drive to the Ron Jon's, water sport rentals, gas station, endless dining, grocery store (Publix), and shopping. Only 45 minutes from Orlando Airport (MCO).
