This lovely cul-de-sac ground floor condo is positioned perfectly on the nearby hole with a private patio on the ground floor that extends your views! If you'd like to dine outside, the outdoor patio table & four chairs allows you that special opportunity. With a comfortable luxury leather sofa and recliner to keep you relaxing at your best, you can enjoy some TV or finally get to open that book you've been dying to read. There is a dining table that sits four and also the bar area that has seating for two to handle your guests! The master has a beautiful upholstered headboard and king size bed for a great night's rest and natural light coming from the corner windows and an en suite bath with a walk-in shower equipped with extra support bars. The guest bedroom has both a queen bed and a single bed to sleep that extra little one or extra guest you bring along!
