Guests may choose either a $600 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection *7 business days*) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40 per night (Maximum: $200) is applied to your stay, which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.

Check-in is at or after 4:00 PM on your check-in day. Checkout is at or before 10:00 AM on your check-out day. Early check-ins and late checkouts may be available upon request and are subject to additional fees. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time are liable for any associated costs and expenses. For any unapproved late check out, we will reserve the right to charge $200 if exceed 20 minutes and half day rate if exceed one hour.

Tampering with any of these devices is a direct violation of our house rules.
