The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third includes two twin beds—ideal for families or groups. A twin air mattress is also available if needed. A second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway.

Getting Around:
Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (3) cars may park in the driveway and (2) on the street.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each stay, with our team committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.
If you’d like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance so we can coordinate it for you. The cost is $35 per day of your stay and will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least one week’s notice. Please note that during colder or rainy weather, pool use may be less enjoyable. The pool is serviced weekly, and after heavy rain, some debris may enter the water, which can cause slight discoloration.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Options vary based on the length of your stay:
• 1-night stays: A $250 refundable security deposit is required. This is a pre-authorization hold (not a charge) and will be released after a damage-free inspection.
• Stays of 2 nights or more: You may choose between the $250 refundable deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please note that check-out time is 10:00 AM. To ensure the home is ready for incoming guests, our housekeeping team arrives promptly at that time. Late check-outs may disrupt scheduling and future reservations, and could result in a fee of up to $300.
This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not replenished during your stay. Each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and one roll of toilet paper. The laundry area provides enough detergent for up to two loads. In the kitchen, you’ll find a paper towel roll, a few trash bags, dish soap, and a sponge. A coffee maker is available (coffee not included), along with basic items like salt, pepper, and cooking oil. If anything is missing, please let us know upon check-in so we can assist with restocking.
For your safety and the security of the property, there is a Ring camera installed at the front door.
