Welcome to the Hidden Villa de’ Casablanca Pool + Spa Oasis!! The Villa has a style of its own!! With Its ambient open concept, and an abundance of natural light coming through the floor-to-ceiling windows, 3 acres of exciting activities and amenities all at your disposal! The 5,000 sq/ft Villa includes the pool, outdoor deck space for guests, hot tub spa and movie theater to create a Spectacular stay and yet very convenient location in the heart of the city of Poconos!!!

Enter the Villa to a large, open concept living / dining room + fully equipped kitchen. Living room has plenty of seating, fireplace, a 65 inch smart TV to watch all your favorites, a dining table, and our one of three large open kitchens. Kitchen has all essentials included!

Let’s pause the tour 😮 put on some swimming 🏊‍♂️ gear and enjoy a hot day in the beautiful gigantic POOL!!!

Pool Pointers are as follows:

- Pool will open in May and close end of September.
- Please be extra cautious and swim at your own risk as pool is around 6 feet deep
- Pool maintenance is done after every checkout by our maintenance crew members.
- Please clean up after yourselves in the pool section.

Explore further on to our main suite into our open lounge area with elegant seating, smart TV, and fireplace. Battle it out amongst friends with a friendly game of poker while watching Netflix. Lounge area has access to the deck which provides outdoor scenery overlooking our beautiful stream and nature! 🌳 🌅

Friends and family can also enjoy our entertainment room located just below our lounge area. Pick your fighter and bring out your childhood by enjoying our arcade game of Street Fighter 🥷. Feel like you need a challenge? Try our basketball 🏀 hoop arcade game for the win! Or maybe a game of hockey 🏒 or foosball ⚽️. The choice is yours!

Main Suite also includes second kitchen, two bathrooms, and bedroom with a queen bed.

Main suite allows access to our OUTDOOR HOT TUB SPA. This is located at the center of our Villa. Enjoy your time while you cool off after a long day.

Hot Tub Spa Pointers are as follows:

-Maintenance is done after every check out.
- Please be sure to turn off the hot tub when not in use
-Ensure that hot tub is kept sanitary and dispose of garbage accordingly

Feeling a nice BBQ 🍗 DAY ? Complimentary bbq grill is available for you to show off your skills and enjoy a nice meal. All essentials needed is just minutes away (Family Dollar, WAWA, Target,ALDI, and more)

The Villa also hosts a second suite (or couples retreat) which provides a secluded Loft in the home to our guests. Loft includes a full living room with smart TV, third kitchen, full bathroom, and bedroom.

Leaving the Loft, walk through the floor-to-ceiling windows hall and you will have entered the library 📚 room with deck access overlooking the pool. Two bathrooms are accessible for our guests.

Going up the stairs, is our main master bedroom with two queen beds along with a trundle pull out bed available. Bedroom also has a master bathroom along with deck access.

Movie 🎥 🍿 theater room is located along the basement (access in library room) where family and friends can get together for a nice relaxing night following their day. Sleeping arrangements are made in basement for guests as well!

The following is long, but it's a big home so please read it thoroughly for your most convenience!

Our home will ready for check-in at 5 pm. You may check-in anytime after 5pm. Please do not check in before that time without consulting Me first as our cleaning crew needs adequate time to finish the home. Our crew will arrive fairly promptly, however feel free to ask for a longer accommodation as I will do my best!

SECURITY CAMERAS: For safety reasons and for liability purposes we have installed two cameras facing the pool and front entrance of the home. They are there solely for the safety of our guests.

The Living room TVs have a Fire Stick remote. Netflix prime moves etc.. Game room TV includes Firestick access Netflix, etc.

***DO NOT PARK YOUR VEHICLE ON THE SIDE OF THE PUBLIC ROAD (REEDERS RUN ROAD). THIS IS A VIOLATION. PARKING TICKETS WILL BE ISSUED AND YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE IF INVOKED! PARK ALL VEHICLES IN THE DRIVEWAY ONLY!***

MAIN RULES:

Our main rules are 10PM Quiet Hours outdoors. No smoking inside (vapes included), and please respect & would highly appreciate to clean up after yourself as if the place was your own. :)

***EXTREMELY IMPORTANT RULES

Pets are not allowed without first paying the pet fee of $200 per trip. We have had incidents of guests and family members severely (anaphylactic) allergic to animals. Hence why an cleaning fee will be serviced prior to each pet stay by our cleaning crew members. Please notify us so that we may take appropriate measures and notify our cleaning crew!

NO LOUD EVENTS OF ANY TYPE - SUBJECT TO IMMEDIATE EVICTION and CANCELLATION WITHOUT A REFUND. This is so that our Airbnb rights are not provoked by the community and we can continue providing our wonderful home for our amazing guests.

You May Not Have More Then Agreed Guest Number of people For Any Reason. Our neighbors have unfortunately been instructed to call the police for any loud noises or screaming. These are community rules and unfortunately out of my control. Any excessively loud unauthorized events will be shut down immediately, subject to cancellation policy & forfeiture of security deposit. home exterior, & front door is monitored with security measures . (not including the porch or back yard for your privacy).

Please Be aware: You are responsible for your guests. Your credit card will be on file with Airbnb. Damages, excessive cleaning/trash pickup/cigarette butts, etc are all subject to security deposit fines.

- Please be courteous of neighbors. Quite hours are after 10 pm. (No loud music played after hours)
- Villa should be cleaned after each stay. Our cleaning team will appreciate you for the effort you put in to clean up after each other.
- Garbage should be taken out and dumped out into the garbage disposals. Please dispose accordingly.(recycling, etc)

TRASH: Bag all trash and place it in the bins located by the garage. If your reservation is on a Monday night, we ask if you may Roll the trash bin onto the street at the end of the driveway as the pick up garbage Tuesday mornings.

-GAS BBQ
You MUST Wipe down AND TURN OFF THE GRILL, DO NOT LEAVE THE GAS ON, as it will drain fully.
- Please drop by at the nearest stop for your propane gas as we no longer supply due to incidents of unattended opened gas tanks (hazardous ⚠️)
If you have questions, let us know!

- Turn off hot tub when not in use
- Place poker ♣️ chips back into the poker set
- Be respectful to neighbors and community.
- Be respectful to deers and nature
- Garbage 🗑 is to be removed to the front of the entrance of drive Monday night to be pick up Tuesday morning and returned back after disposal. (Ask our guest to kindly help with this)

FINES WILL BE GIVEN TO THE FOLLOWING:

-Smoking in the house ($250)
-Broken or missing house hold items (dollar amount depends on item)
- Stains that cannot be removed ( $200)
- Missing remote controls ( $100)

CHECKOUT:

Checkout is at 10am firm:
We are not always able to accommodate late checkouts, as we are often fully booked and use the time between renters to clean & restock the space - it's big! Our cleaning crew will arrive promptly. However feel free to reach out, once in a blue moon this may not be the case.

3. MUST Turn off all Lights
4. MUST Turn off all Electronics
5. MUST Turn off the A/C
6. MUST Make sure BBQ grill and the gas is turned off.
8. MUST Close and lock all the doors
