There is a dining area which can easily accommodate six and a smaller dinette set which can seat four. There is a lovely living room area with comfortable couch and flat-screen TV. There is a master suite complete with king-sized bed and a private, full bathroom attached. Another bedroom has a queen-sized bed while the remaining two have twin beds. All of the bedrooms have ample closet space for storage.
There is a private pool and spa with a screened in patio and no neighbors to the rear of the property. There is also a game room with pool table, foosball table, and darts as well as a laundry room with washer and dryer.

Pet Policy: This property is are NOT pet-friendly. if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged $500 per pet for violating the policy. If we find evidence of pets after your departure, you will be charged $500 for violating the pet policy. If additional cleaning is required, you will be charged an additional $500. No Smoking - If any signs of smoking in or around property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction.
Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher, trash bag and soap. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense. No parties are allowed.
