This Highlands Reserve home is perfectly furnished and laid out for the modern family Florida getaway. Plus, it’s only minutes Disney Parks and other Orlando attractions!
Upon entering, guests will enter the bright welcoming living room with flat screen TV, which leads to the fully-equipped kitchen (all standard utensils, cookware, and appliances), and dining area. The home offers four bedrooms: a master with a queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom, an additional queen room, and two remaining bedroom bedrooms with two twins each, bringing the home's occupancy to 8. The home is well-suited for two families vacationing together, a multi-generational family group, or a family with multiple children.
Outside, guests will find the pool area, with a gorgeous deck, and oversized swimming pool. Around the deck are cozy lounges and an outdoor dining table and chairs. The back yard area opens to an expansive area uncharacteristic of many Central Florida communities, making for a great view.
This vacation home is located in the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf & Country Club, offering remarkable scenery (pine trees and orange groves) and a championship Mike Dasher golf course. The community is ideally located for easy access to all the major attractions, with shops, supermarkets, and restaurants only a short drive away. Walt Disney World is just 10-15 minutes away on Highway 192. Interstate 4, which is just 5 minutes away, will connect visitors to all Orlando has to offer, as well as the Gulf Coast OR Atlantic beaches.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
Pool Policy: A private pool is available on the property featuring child safety alarms and locks on all pool access entries. Pool heating is offered for an additional fee of $40.00 / per day - minimum of 3 nights. As is standard in the vacation home rental industry, pool heating must be requested in advance and paid for prior to arrival.
Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. Please reach out to us for breed/weight restrictions as well as dog maximums. Advance notice is required, and non-refundable pet fees of $150 per dog apply. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s). Please note without prior knowledge to LoveRentals, there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to advise us BEFORE you travel.
No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00
