Well kept, clean, recently remodeled, fully furnished, 2 bedroom condo, with a 2 car garage. Garage floor has recently been epoxy coated. Located in South Tempe, away from the ASU corridor. Close to South Mountain, canals, Ken MacDonald Golf Course, Kiwanis Park (tennis, volleyball, and a large lake) and plenty of restaurants. Perfect for quiet getaways. Also has a barbecue, patio table/chairs for 6, wireless Internet, cable TV, and iPod docking station. The common areas include a heated swimming pool and jacuzzi; open all year around.
This is a great place to spend winters or short term vacations. Everything you need is in the condo including cookware, towels, utensils, etc.
