Important Notes:
- While we warmly welcome bachelorette groups, birthday groups, and other celebrations, we kindly request that you enjoy your festivities off the property and only bring back registered guests.
- Level 2 e.v. charger highest residential output available will charge at up to 48 amps 11.5 kW 240V
- For security, safety, and adherence to guest count, outdoor cameras are in place. Please note that the cameras are located outside, covering the front yard, backyard, and pool area.
- Rates are based on 4 guests. Each additional guest incurs a $25 per night fee. This policy allows smaller groups to enjoy our unique property, while also accounting for the increased wear and tear with 8 guests.
- To prevent a $1,000 cleaning fee for broken glass in the pool, we kindly ask that you use plastic cups on the pool deck. This fee covers the draining and professional cleaning required.
- Smoking is not permitted indoors, and a $200 cleaning fee will be applied for violations. However, you are welcome to smoke outside, ensuring proper disposal of cigarette butts, marijuana products, and vaping devices.
- In the unlikely event that you encounter any issues with the property, such as cleanliness, please inform us within the first 4 hours of check-in. We have dedicated staff available to promptly address and resolve any concerns to ensure your satisfaction.
