Sealoft 104 is one of nine self-contained homes found in a quiet, secluded and private area located in the middle section of the island of Sanibel. When entering the home, stairs with a landing bring you up into a screened-in porch that leads into the kitchen which is fully equipped with dinnerware for 12, cooking utensils and cookware, a dishwasher, garbage disposal and stackable laundry. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and features a rattan dining room table with glass top and padded chairs on a white tile floor. It opens up onto a screened-in lanai eating area that gives the feeling of being in a tropical treehouse with a wonderful view of lush vegetation. Off the kitchen is a spare bedroom which has a queen bed and double closets with a full bathroom that features a stand-up shower and vanity. The living room has a laminate floor and pacific blue and white trim and one wall of windows with blinds looking out to more tropical plants. A large flat screen TV offers cable and premium channels along with playing cards and a book collection. The master bedroom is off the living room with its own private bathroom and walk-in shower, queen bed and another screened-in lanai that offers another treehouse view of the pool and boardwalk to the beach. This lanai serves as a wonderful sitting area for reading or relaxing. The upstairs leads to a loft which has two single beds, a flat screen TV and a closet with full shelves for storage of your belongings. There are ceiling fans in every room and air conditioning throughout the house. Other features include wifi and internet access, linens and blankets, a propane grill, beach chairs and umbrella, private driveway, pool and pickle ball court and a two minute 250 step walk to the beach which feels almost private and stretches for miles both east and west.
