This Carlsbad location is our personal home, this is not your typical investment rental. This home sits higher atop Carlsbad adjacent to the Aviara Park Hyatt. Spectacular brand new kitchen and wood floors with a full Thermador kitchen. We're looking for 30-day renters, that's the minimum our HOA will allow. Our home away from home in Carlsbad with 3 bedrooms and three full baths. This luxury home is in the gated Aviara community. The home features a spectacular master bedroom suite with fireplace, 2 twin beds in the first floor bedroom, and 1 full bed with twin trundle in the second floor bedroom and a queen size blowup mattress.
