Boasting 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, Luxury By The Beach can accommodate up to 15 fortunate guests. 4 bedrooms feature En suite spacious bathrooms with oversized walk-in showers and dual vanities in most. One bathroom features a spacious soaker tub. The large open concept floor plan spread across two levels allows for maximum enjoyment among all guests. Featuring two Great Rooms, one on Level 1 next to the pool area featuring a wet bar with sink, refrigerator, and ice maker and the other on Level 2 with sweeping spectacular views, there is plenty of room to spread out. The focal point of Level 2 is the Great Room with 75’ TV. The amazing kitchen is a Chef's dream featuring Granite counter tops, huge island, stainless appliances, everyone will want to be in kitchen preparing the daily feasts. The property also features a wet bar with wine refrigerator and coffee station. Adjacent to the kitchen is the oversized dining room table with seating for 8 guests.
Level 1 of the property features Bedroom 1 with a King Bed and opens to the pool and outdoor living space which can be reached through the sliding doors. The full bathroom on level 1 is accessible from Bedroom 1 or the hallway. Bedroom 2 is also located on Level 1 and is the perfect sanctuary for the children. It features two built-in bunk beds, one with a full with twin over and a trundle. The pool side Great Room is also located on Level 1 and features views of the lake, outdoor living space and pool. The Great Room boasts a 75” TV, built-in speakers and large wet bar with wine refrigerator, and sink.
Ascending the staircase Level 2 you will find the massive Primary Suite with a king bed, En suite full bathroom with oversize shower enclosed in glass, quarts vanity with double sinks and large closet. The primary Suite also features a large balcony which overlooks the pool, lake and provides views of the Gulf of Mexico. Bedroom 4 features a king bed, overlooking the pool area and lake and opens to the spacious balcony. Bathroom 3 is accessible from bedroom 4 and the hallway and features a large shower/tub combination with convex glass enclosure. Bedroom 5 features a queen bed and En Suite bathroom with oversized tiled shower combination. Level 2 also provides an additional gathering area during your stay at Luxury By The Beach. It welcomes you with cozy seating, built-in speakers and 75” TV. This area also provides a queen sleeper sofa.
The Outdoor Living Space and Pool Area will be the perfect hangout. It features lounge chairs, a dining table with seating for 8 and several Adirondack chairs. Cool off in the refreshing pool overlooking the lake or watch the game on the outdoor TV with additional built-in speakers. The Summer kitchen, also overlooking the pool and lake, features bar seating, speakers, built-in KitchenAid gas grill and specialty lighting to set the vibe for the evening. The private pool and pool deck overlook a tranquil lake and provides the perfect backdrop to relax and sip on your favorite beach cocktail or take in an amazing sunset.
