The kitchen is brand new and has a wonderful open floorpan to the dining room and living room that allows for ocean views throughout.
Outside you'll find the expansive pool and jacuzzi that makes it ideal for swimming laps, playing beachside, or taking a dip after a swim in the ocean.
The home has private walkway with 5 steps to your own private beach that is not accessible to the public.
