Rental Agreement:

Parking
Free onsite parking available. DO NOT BLOCK THE DRIVEWAY. Loud and disruptive cars are not permitted and may result in the cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
Access to the unit:
Hot tub maintenance occurs once a week, even if the unit is occupied to ensure it stays in good working order. Access to the roof will be required if your trip falls on a day for them to come.
Smoking
Absolutely no smoking.
If smoke odor or remnants are found inside, a $500 cleaning fee will apply.
Damages & Conduct
Please report any damage immediately, we know accidents happen we just asks guests to be truthful when they do
