Summary: We walked in to the front desk agent yelling at someone on the phone. As soon as he hung up, he didn't greet me, but rather began swearing about whatever was happening on the phone. Multiple F bombs dropped. Check in was relatively quick. The path up to our room was genuinely dirty and smelled awful. From the hallway up the stairs, all the way around to our room it looked unclean and smelled. Our room had cleanliness issues as well - windows were dirty, there were stains on the walls/bathroom door. The exhaust in the bathroom was broken. We had to be up early for our cruise, so stayed the night. Had another reservation scheduled for when we returned to Fort Lauderdale, but cancelled it and chose a different location. Would not stay here again.
