Inside the home, you are greeted by a fun game room with many activities to choose from - including pool table, shuffleboard and a TV area with Smart TV, sofas and a coffee table foosball game. The game room wet bar refrigerator is the perfect spot for keeping beach and pool snacks and drinks cool. A king bedroom on this level shares access with the game room to a full bath. Upstairs on the mid-level of the home are four bedrooms, each with Smart TVs. One of the bedrooms is a king master bedroom with private bath, one king master bedroom has a slider to a private deck and double vanity and custom tile shower in its master bath. Another king bedroom and a pyramid bunk bedroom share a hallway bath, and have access to the mid-level deck. The top level king master suite illuminates with ocean views from its private deck and features master bath with double vanity and custom tile shower. All decks at the home are built with Trex deck boards and equipped with upscale outdoor furniture. The great room is decorated with modern coastal flair and offers comfortable seating around a large Smart TV home theater system. The family chef will appreciate the appointments in the kitchen with spacious design and upscale appliances including two dishwashers for quick clean-ups.
