After hosting hundreds of groups at our units in Seaside Heights (including earning 12 straight Superhost awards & property of the year in 2018 from NJ.com) our family grew and it was time for a short move north to beautiful Ortley Beach. Be among our first guests to stay at our lovingly decorated beach retreat.
A freestanding (no shared walls!) condo in a beachfront association (Ortley House) in Ortley Beach! Pool for the 18 units (open Memorial Day to Labor Day), private beach access, and private enclosed outdoor shower just outside your front door. No streets to cross to get to the beach! And 8 beach badges included!
The home itself has a bedroom & bathroom on the main level, plus 3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Two outdoor decks, including one off the upstairs master bedroom.
Updated kitchen, large extendable table big enough for 8, and open floor plan with living room. Many upscale extras…luxury linens, wireless phone chargers in each bedroom, individually wrapped bathroom products, etc.
Note: we strive for transparency! this home has 2 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower. The listing shows 3 bathrooms, as the VRBO counts the shower as a 3rd bathroom.
Wifi, cable TV (in the living room & upstairs bedroom; smart TV in first floor bedroom). Lockable storage room for your beach chairs or bikes. 2 assigned off-street parking spots.
While linens & bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. We also provide toilet paper and paper towels at arrival, but they are not unlimited nor replenished during your stay.
Please be aware that per condo association you will receive a list of association rules and need to provide contact info, vehicle info, and review/agree to the association rules within 48 hours of booking. Any fines assessed due to breaking rules will be deducted from your security deposit.
