0ur updated Caribbean-style villa is in a gated community with 24-hour security only15 minutes from Disneyworld. This unit in a great location. It is the closest unit to Tradewinds restaurant, bar, large pool, hot tubs, white sand beach, and fishing dock on Lake Davenport. It is a three-bedroom / two-bath,1600 sq. ft villa. The large, fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room have ceramic tile. The large bedroom has a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and a walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom has a large soaking tub, double sink vanity, and walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds, a ceiling fan, a flat screen tv, and a closet with plenty of storage for your things with private access to the main guest bathroom. The living room has a sleeper sofa, chair, and a 55-inch smart tv. It extends to a large screened-in lanai. There is seating for 6 on the lanai or in the spacious dining room for all your meals.
The villa is perfect for families with small children. We supply a pack-n-play, highchair, Besides, the convenience of being steps from the pool the location is incredibly convenient for napping, snacking, and changing!
