The bathroom features a full bath with new tile surround. All new towels, a blow dryer and first aid kit are all located in the linen closet.
The living room features a 58' Samsung Smart TV with Netflix. Kick back and enjoy a movie after a long day.
The kitchen is fully stocked. You just need the chef. All new Cuisinart Pots and Pans, New Keurig Machine, popcorn maker, slow cooker microwave, toaster, and new dishes.
The unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience. Do your laundry for free, BONUS!
The dining room table is large and comfortably seats six guests around the table.
The unit has central air so it stays nice and cool in the summer and cozy warm in the winter.
Guests get the driveway which can fit one to two vehicles depending on the size. If additional parking is needed, there is tons of on street parking available around this home.
The back yard has a large deck overlooking the yard to enjoy during the summer.
Guests have the whole home to themselves. Each of our bedrooms is keyed to be able to be locked off. Base rate of $50 per night is for the master bedroom open and the bathroom (VRBO fees, taxes and etc. are additional). If you would like two bedrooms the price is $100 per night (VRBO fees, taxes and etc. are additional). If you would like all three bedrooms unlocked the price is $150 per night (VRBO fees, taxes and etc. are additional). If rented as a three bedroom, a weekly clean of the kitchen, bathroom, living room, hallway, and dining room are provided. Laundry service and cleaning of the bedrooms are the guest's responsibility.
Upon booking, we will ask you how many bedrooms you would like for your stay. We will send a fund request for the additional funds if you want more than one bedroom.
If a guest has no reviews, we require a credit and background check. The cost is $40 per adult in the home. The review will be done before a lease is signed and stay is confirmed.
We kindly ask our guests to sign a rental agreement upon booking. If you would like to view the agreement prior to booking, pop us a message.
Why do we have a strict cancellation policy? Unlike hotels with many rooms to rent, cancellations are devastating to owners of single family homes. When we accept your reservation we acknowledge that you are perhaps taking time off from work and making plane and vehicle reservations. We would never cancel your reservation and expect the same commitment from you. We have worked hard to have a 0% Cancellation rate to prove to our guests that we stand by our word when you book our home.
We specialize in long term rentals to professionals with 13 week contracts usually. We only accept bookings that at longest leave a two week open window in our calendar. If you are looking for a stay that leaves a longer gap, we most likely won't accept the stay.
The security deposit is $500 per bedroom. We will send you a funds request upon booking for the deposit.
A booking isn't confirmed until a signed lease and deposit are in place.
We love to travel as a family. We love kids. We have four. We welcome guests with children. That being said, this home is not child safe (ie no child locks, no electrical outlet covers, no furniture anchors, no toilet lock).
The backyard has a pile of siding in the way back corner. Parents are expected to keep their children from playing on or near the siding as it could be potentially dangerous. The balcony could pose a falling danger if children are allowed to climb or held on the railing.
