The kitchen is equipped with all the comforts from home including dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishes, utensils etc. This spacious home features 6 bedrooms, including two master suites with en suite bathrooms. All of the bedrooms have flat screen TVs. Bedroom 1 is a king-sized master suite on the ground floor, featuring a king size bed, sliding doors out to the pool deck and a large en suite bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower. Upstairs you will find a fantastic second living/loft space with an L-shaped sofa and a large flat screen TV with DVD player – the perfect setting for movie night! Bedroom 2 is a spacious master suite with a king size bed and an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and bath. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are queen rooms. Bedroom 5 has a full (double) bed and bedroom 6 is a twin room. There is a family bathroom, a Jack and Jill bathroom plus a half bathroom on the ground floor. After a long day at the parks, enjoy returning home to relax in your south-facing pool with spa. The pool deck also features sun loungers and an outdoor dining set, plus a pool safety fence for families with children. The pool can be heated (optional extra). The garage has been converted into a fun games room complete with air hockey, a pool table and seating. This beautiful home has been furnished to comfortably accommodate up to 12 people plus a baby, and a pack and play (travel cot) and high chair are provided. This property has air conditioning throughout, free Wifi, cable TV and free local calls. There is also a washer and dryer with ironing facilities. There is also a driveway with parking for two cars. Sorry, we do not accept groups of students or young adults under the average age of 26. Sorry, no pets. The pool can be heated and is an additional $25 plus tax per day for the minimum of 3 days, or $150 plus tax per week. This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date. A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in.
